With all the various demands we have on a day-to-day basis, sometimes we may look around only to discover that we're in the weeds! This painting began while speaking to my sister. She was in the thick of mid-terms and deploring the fact that she was feeling buried under a mountain of things to do. "You're in the weeds," I said.
