Hello There! You've made it to my website. And who am I? My name is Samantha Long, and I am the nut behind all these whimsical, colorful paintings. I paint in oils in this digital age because I love the tactile nature of a physical piece of work, and I hope you do, too! I personally design each hardwood picture frame to give my paintings a unique look. Working from my home studio in American Fork, Utah on my lovely 5-foot long drafting table, I aspire to bring joy, hope, and whimsy into your homes via originals and prints. New Paintings Available at David Ericson Fine Art

David Ericson Fine Art has relocated to 410 E 3rd Avenue in Salt Lake City. Dave has been working hard over the past few months to prepare the new and improved gallery for his grand reopening in time for the August Salt Lake Gallery Stroll.

In celebration Dave will be displaying paintings from all of his amazing artists through the month of August.

New Arrival in my Online Shop!

I love line drawings. They feel so immediate and personal. Lately I've been working on a couple of sketches for a fun new Edwardian-themed painting. Available are two sketches of the characters going in my painting, of which this is one.
